Some people are leary about scheduling mental health appointments for fear that people may think there is something wrong with them.  These days that couldn't be farther from the truth.  Our society has become so hectic and people are working in a completely different way than in the past.  Counseling appointments are now viewed by many as a smart, preventive measure to keep things from spiraling downward to a breaking point.  If you are already at that breaking point, that is okay.  We can work with that as well.

Individual Counseling Sessions are 50 minutes in length and are $150 per session.

Couples therapy Session

Relationship Counseling Sessions

Although the image above is cute, it's unlikely that you are snuggling on a beanbag with your loved one and actually comfortable. 


 We are bombarded by images of what "happiness" looks like these days, and the truth is that "happy, content couples" look very ordinary.  The secret sauce is the way they feel on the inside and how connection and communication happen between them.  


Some of the relationship issues that we commonly see in therapy:

  • Frequent conflicts and arguments
  • Poor communication
  • Emotionally distanced couples on the verge of separation
  • Specific problems such as sexual difficulties, infidelity, money, and parenting


Through the counseling process using the Gottman Method, many couples experience:

We work collaboratively to:

Couples Counseling  Sessions are 80 minutes in length and are $240 per session.

Using the Gottman Method, we help couples reconnect and work through issues that are causing distress in the relationship.

This 1:1 lifestyle change program is for those women who are ready to look and feel their best!



This is a 12 week individual wellness  program and can be done in person or online via video.  We meet weekly and work collaboratively to shift your life and create vibrancy.
